I found this vintage Corvette sitting outside Old Juan's Cantina in Oceano CA. There were a number of old cars in the parking lot. Owners often meet there fort their lunch stop on one of their weekend cruises.
The old Corvette is a favorite of mine dating back to the TV show, Route 66 that made the car even more famous then it would have been had the show never aired.
I am guessing this is a 1953 or 4. I do know that there is collector in San Luis Obispo County that has 6 or 8 vintage corvettes. All of them red. I have run into him several times at various place the car club guys hang out showing off their rides.
