With its unique combination of sand, rocks, and tide pools, Moonstone Beach has something for everyone.Over the years, beachcombers have come to the area searching for moonstones and other treasures. The stone is said to be from volcanic explosions millions of years ago and was pushed up from the depths by storms that swept through the area.
